He has more than 12 years of experience in microfinance. He holds Master Degree in Social Work. He started his career in a SWABHIMAAN; Pune based microfinance organization as operation manager in West Bengal. His role was to provide technical support to the local microfinance organization in Kolkata. Later on he joined as Executive Director of non-profit organization, NCRC (Navnirman Community Resource Centre). He run the microfinance program for 5 years and developed a model of social microfinance organization that will focus not only providing access to financial services but also to provide various socio economic support without which the development of deprived families are limited. He was invited to describe STEP’s model in different country like, Cambodia, Philippines, Myanmar, Africa, Luxembourg and France.
Microfinance She hold MA in Political science, B.Ed, MSW. More than 10 years of experience in policy development and implementation in Microfinance. She worked as Operation Manager in a microfinance organization. She has attended seminar/conference on social microfinance in Cambodia, Philippines.
Suparna Das has been associated with STEP from the beginning of this organization. She is currently overseeing the Social and vocational training project. She has more than 12 years of experience. Prior to join this project, she worked as branch manager in microfinance. She has attended various training program and workshop in India as well as abroad (Cambodia, Philippines etc). She holds Master in Social work (MSW).
Mousumi Majumdar is graduated from a reputed collage in Kolkata. She holds MBA in finance. Currently she is overseeing the finance, accounts and HR. She has attended various workshop and conference. She is associated with STEP since 2012.
Indira Roy has been associated with STEP as microfinance coordinator. She is graduate and currently perusing MBA final year. She has more than 10 years of experience in Microfinance.
Alpana Sil has been associated with STEP as microfinance coordinator. She is graduate and currently perusing MBA final year. She has more than 10 years of experience in Microfinance.
Ruma Deb is Bsc in IT. She has more than 10 years of experience in this sector of Microfinance. She has vast knowledge in dealing with software. She has been associated with STEP as MIS coordinator since the beginning.
Sakti Nath Halder has more tha 10 years of experience in the file of microfinance. He is working as Internal Auditor from 2013. He is graduated from reputed collage in Kolkata.
